Order Processing:
Orders are processed 1-3 business days after submission, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders submitted after 3PM CST/CDT will not begin processing until the following business day. Customers located in the United States and Canada may qualify for complimentary shipping on orders that cost more than $75 USD before taxes. This offer is subject to change at any time and only applies to shipping methods costing less than or equal to $25 USD. If a customer's delivery address is located where none of the offered shipping methods qualify for this discount, they may instead qualify for a gift card for their next order equal to $20 USD upon request by contacting hello@henriapothics.com Note that any and all of the above policies are subject to change at any time, and Henri Apothics makes no guarantee that a customer will automatically qualify for these discounts.

International shipping orders may incur extra costs, such as import duties and taxes. Please contact your shipping service to confirm the costs if these fees apply to your order or country of destination. All Henri Apothics orders are assessed a flat fee of $3.99 to offset packaging and handling costs.
